The experience was pretty good up until the last week before closing. All of a sudden the amount the buyer had to bring to closing was much higher than what was on the closing estimate. This should never have happened. None of the buyer's circumstances had changed. If a buyer's numbers change this dramatically during the loan process, somebody at Annie Mac needs to figure out a solution
before just expecting the buyer to come up with more money to go to settlement.
