Nathan was excellent in just about every facet of the process. From the moment we met (via phone) to the handshake after we closed on the property. He was careful in explaining the process and even why we needed parts of the process. He happily answered any and every question we had and helped us talk through any possible scenario we could dream up. He can be pretty busy at times, but that seems to be the nature of the market. Regardless of how busy he gets, he always gets back to you and makes time to answer all questions. I'd happily recommend him to anyone.

I can't recommend Nathan and his team enough. If you are in need of knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reliable lender Nathan is your guy. I started with a different lender but they were so unresponsive that it didn't sit well with the seller. I was put in contact with Nathan and what had taken weeks to do with my first lender he did it in ONE phone call. When things seemed bleak because the condo association was no longer FHA approved that didn't stop his team and in the end they were able to get me FHA financing. It seems like nothing can stop this team!
