Nathan and his team, extremely cooperative, understanding, and worked with me every step of the way. Nathan was recommended by a very good friend. I was looking to refinance my mortgage. I had spoken to couple lenders and was not impressed. The minute I started to speak with Nathan and he explained everything (that I fully understood) I was at peace and asked him to be the loan officer and refinance my mortgage. This he did. Nathan helped my husband and me to refinance our rental property. This is our second time we have used Nathan for our home purchase. First home was back in 2014 and most recent Oct of this year. Nathan is very knowledgeable and experienced. For our first home the loan was very complex as we had reached out to other lenders before we were introduced to nathan. He gave us peace of mind and the quality of service was exceptional. For our second home we had reached to another lender because our agent had a relationship with someone they used and they basically told me there were going to be a lot hurdles and it wasnt possible for me to obtain a loan. Obviously I didnt like the answer i heard , so I reached out to Nathan and I gave him all of our financial information for him to assess/analyze and from there he said no problem. I asked him multiple questions with different scenarios and he always had an answer. He is very good at thinking outside of the box and a problem solver. Has a great attitude and is always willing to answer any questions anytime. Highly recommend his services !

As a first time home buyer in this country, Nathan literally hand held me through my entire home buying process, right from the time I started looking for homes. I did not know where and how to start and Nathan explained the process end to end both from a financial perspective as well as generally from a home buyer perspective. He explained all the details about offers, contingencies, deposits, closing, mortgage options, PMI options etc, right in the beginning itself. I worked with him from prequalification and underwriting through closing and the whole mortgage process was a breeze. On my first call with Nathan he told me “This is not the last time you will buy a home or refinance your mortgage and Im here to win your business for life and not just this once”, and his actions from that point followed up those words. He was always available whenever I was thinking about an offer on a house to crunch the numbers and helped me make informed decisions. Also, I wanted to close earlier than I had originally planned (in about 3 weeks) and that was not a problem too. I will strongly recommend Nathan to any buyer out there!
